Step 1: List every bill

  • Add each recurring bill on its own row
  • Include amounts, due dates, and frequency
  • Use the category list to keep reporting clean

Step 2: Review and save

  • Double-check totals and upcoming due dates
  • Keep autopay and active flags up to date
  • Save as XLSX or CSV for upload

Step 3: Upload in Budget

  • Go to Budget -> Bills
  • Upload the workbook and preview changes
  • Confirm to create or update bills
